Tony , TJ & Alex were all great with me ! The whole staff front and back did all they could to make me happy over and beyond. I appreciated their patience and service.
I generally don't leave reviews for places but they were great. I came in because of a car I saw on facebook. When I got there, I was kindly greeted by Tom who is the owner. I told him what I came for but he told me that car was being tested out for the weekend by someone who was probably going to buy it and offered to show me some other cars he had that might fit my needs. I was looking for a convertible with tan leather seats and room for 4. They had a Pontiac G6, a VW Beatles and a Mini Cooper that all fit the bill even though the Volvo was probably not available. They had other convertibles but either had black leather or outside my price range. He didn't try to up-sell me. I had been looking at a lot of cars prior to this and saw a few after including a Toyota dealership. The cars being sold by individuals for the most part had something wrong, as given away by an engine or airbag light. At the Toyota dealership they were just very pushy and trying to get me to spend more money on something I didn't really want. Tom however was very laid back, had multiple vehicles I was interested in, in great shape, great price and inspected. After having dealt with so many other people, I bought my wife and daughter back to the dealership in the evening. They normally close at 7pm, I called and let them know I would get there around 6:50 and they said that was fine. We took the Mini and the G6 out for a spin on the highway. I was surprised how much I would like the Mini and my wife and daughter did too. We ended up purchasing the vehicle that evening. I have bought several cars in the past and normally takes half a day to do everything. Not here! From the time I said I wanted to buy it, till the time I drove away was probably 20min and that includes calling my insurance company to have them add the car to my policy. The next time I am in the market for another car, (given that it isn't for a new all electric Tesla or similar) I will definitely just go back to them.
I visited Euro Auto Group and I was looking for a Toyota but after I saw their cool selection of European cars I ended up buying a beautiful convertible from Tom. He was very nice, friendly and patient and very professional. He is a dealer who wants to make the buyer satisfied and happy. I went there again for a maintenance issue and they were flexible to schedule me immediate and fixed my car free of charge. I highly recommend this dealer.
I was satisfied overall with my experience at Euro Auto Group, however there were a few things that that could have been done differently. 1.My temporary tags were about to expire so I called to find out if they had my permanent tags, only to find out they did, but no one called me to let me know. 2. When I went in to the dealership to get my tags I was told that they had the second key fob for my car, but Tom said it would cost me $100 because that's how much he had to pay the auction for the key fob. I don't know if he did or not, but I was not willing to pay $100 for the second key, so Tom said, " if that's the way you feel about it you can have it." He said most of his cars that he buys at the auction comes with one key. 3.The temporary tags were replaced with permanent tags. When I got home I realized on the rare plate there were no stickers,, only to find out the plate with the stickers were placed on the front of the car. I had to switch them around myself.
Euro Auto Group has been very easy to work with. I purchased a vehicle from them about one month ago and they found me great financing. On top of that, I recently had a maintenance concern about the vehicle that they were more than willing to take a look at and resolve. I am already considering going back to them for my wife's upgrade soon!
